I'm Aze, and I run AZE IT on my own out of Lemont. I started out fixing computers and moving local companies to Microsoft 365. Now I build AI agents that take repetitive work off small businesses.
I take on a small number of clients at a time on purpose, so every agent gets my full attention. I also run my own business on the same tools: the assistant in the corner of this page is one of my agents.
The name? Ąžuolas means "oak" in Lithuanian. Hence the leaf.

What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every agent has a written job card covering what it may do, what it hands off and what it must never do, and it's tested against real examples before going live. When it isn't sure, it hands off to a person. Anything sensitive can wait for your approval. It assists your team; your team still makes the decisions.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. The AI receptionist works through call forwarding, so customers call the same number they always have. You choose when it answers: all calls, after hours only, or only when you don't pick up.
How much of my time will this take?
About an hour or two in total: a short call, sending me your info (prices, FAQs, how you handle common requests), and checking in during the 14-day pilot. I do the rest.
Will it replace my staff?
That's not the goal. It covers what your team can't: after-hours calls, overflow when everyone's busy, and the repetitive questions. Most owners use it to extend their hours without adding staff.
We tried AI before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
Most AI tools fail because they're generic and nobody maintains them. I build one agent for one job, train it on your real information, test it before customers see it, run a pilot where you can walk away, and keep it tuned with upkeep.
Is my customers' data safe?
The agent runs inside your own accounts, under your control. Your data is never used to train AI models, confidentiality goes both ways in our agreement, and I'm happy to sign your NDA. For health information, I only use platforms that sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, or keep the agent to non-clinical tasks.
What does it cost each month?
Two parts. First, the agent's monthly price (from $150 for a chat agent, from $300 for a phone receptionist), which includes care: monitoring, fixes and a monthly report. Second, AI and phone usage, billed to your own account. That's usually $10–60/month for a small business, and I'll estimate yours before we start. Month to month, cancel anytime.

No. You tell me how the job is done today and what a good result looks like. I handle the build, the setup and the upkeep, and I train your team on what they'll actually see.
