    Tested against real cases, then 1–2 weeks with a small group and a feedback log.

    Training, a runbook, a walkthrough video, and your sign-off.

Setup is quoted flat after the discovery call. Changes outside your plan are $95–125/hour, and I'll always tell you before any billable work starts.

Straight answers.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every agent has written rules for what it may and may not do, and it's tested against real examples, including the ones it should refuse, before it goes live. When it isn't sure, it hands off to a person. It assists your team; your team still makes the decisions.

Is my customers' data safe?

The agent runs inside your own accounts, under your control. Your data is never used to train AI models, and confidentiality goes both ways in our agreement.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You tell me how the job is done today and what a good result looks like. I handle the build, the setup and the upkeep, and train your team on what they'll actually see.

What does it really cost each month?

Two parts: my upkeep plan (from $150/month) and the AI platform's usage, which is billed to your own account. For most small-business agents, usage is modest, and I'll estimate it for you before we start.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a tool your staff has to remember to use. An agent is wired into your inbox, website or phone line and does the job on its own, following your rules, with a hand-off when it needs you.
