Is client data safe?

Everything is built inside your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your own AI accounts. Data is never used to train AI models, and I'll sign your confidentiality agreement.

How accurate is document extraction?

Accurate on clean documents, but never blindly trusted. The agent flags anything it isn't confident about, and your staff review the output before it's used.

We use Microsoft 365. Can it live there?

Yes. I've done full Microsoft 365 setups and migrations, and internal Copilot agents can run right inside your tenant.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. The AI receptionist works through call forwarding. You choose when it answers: all calls, after hours only, or only when you don't pick up.

How much of my time will this take?

About an hour or two in total: a short call, sending me your info, and checking in during the 14-day pilot.
